David Bowie le pidi\u00f3 a Stevie que tocara en su exitoso \u00e1lbum y gira Let&#8217;s Dance.<\/p>\n<p>A principios de 1982, Double Trouble toc\u00f3 en un show en el Continental Club en Austin, TX. Impresionado por el espect\u00e1culo, el legendario productor Jerry Wexler recomend\u00f3 a la banda tocar en el Festival de Jazz de Montreux en Suiza.<\/p>\n<p>Con reserva para tocar en el XVI Festival Internacional de Montreux el 17 de julio de 1982, la aparici\u00f3n de la banda marc\u00f3 la primera vez que un acto sin firmar aparecer\u00eda en el prestigioso evento. Reservado para una noche ac\u00fastica, la actuaci\u00f3n de Double Trouble fue recibida con abucheos.
